Cathleen is our Director of Equipping. She is a recent graduate of Duke Divinity School where she received her Master of Divinity and has been serving at Good Shepherd for 12 years teaching and preaching to disciples of all ages.

In her current role, Cathleen is focused on equipping lay people for ministry. She is passionate about helping the members of Good Shepherd discover their spiritual gifts, discern their vocations, and live out their callings as ministers of the Gospel.

Cathleen and her husband Joel have two boys: Dane and Levi. She loves flexing her creative muscles (art, poetry, songwriting) to pray and process scripture and loves singing, dancing, and reading.
